Whether you own a business or individual CEO of a Fortune 500 company, sending corporate Christmas cards can be used to develop customer relationships and ultimately to improve its your results. About half of all companies to send Christmas cards – sometimes with unintended negative consequences. Here are some guidelines to ensure that your thoughtful gesture in the best light to be interpreted.

Choosing the right card

Each company has an image she projects, either through their logo, to plan their efforts to brand or its marketing. The design of greeting cards business, you should reinforce that image. For example, if you’re a stockbroker, a winter scene from Wall Street may be appropriate. On the other hand, if a pediatric dentist, are more whimsical greeting cards are in order. For most companies, is elegant and tasteful card always appropriate.

When it comes to choosing a greeting card company is, there are many online sources for corporate Christmas cards. Make sure you are well established for a and a track record of customer satisfaction. The best companies online greeting cards you send the sample cards on demand, provide personalization and without consultation with foil-lined envelopes and envelopes.

In order to keep the business of Christmas cards in mind that everyone celebrates Christmas. A map of the “wishes” or “warm holiday wishes” are you from unintentionally offending those who do not prevent the Christian faith.

Send your cards

In business, timing is everything. While some flexibility in the transmission business Christmas cards, the rule of thumb in order from 1 December and 15 December to send. If you are a company of business-to-business, keep in mind that many companies have reduced working hours or close during the holiday season, so make sure that your card comes in advance of the holidays.

To send your holiday cards as quickly as possible, make sure at an early stage. Personalized Christmas cards can take weeks to produce, so try to place your order by mid-October.

The personal touch

The purpose of sending greeting cards business is to generate warm feelings for the recipient. That will not happen if your Christmas cards and address labels managed by a postage meter. Expend extra effort and have someone on your staff (who has beautiful handwriting) address the envelopes by hand. In addition, the use of a stamp than a meter in the application of Porto.

In the same direction, even if you print your cards with the name of the company, the cards should also manually signed. The best approach, most closely with the recipient signs the card in his hand. If you are a small company such, a signature card as a party in an afternoon, and each person sign up on your employees every card. This is largely a positive impression on the receiver to make.

Be merciful beneficiary

There is little doubt that your company will also receive Christmas cards from your suppliers and business partners. Be a gracious receiver and displays them in your workplace. It is not just some Holiday Cheer on your desk, but it will also please those who have sent a card display for yourself and see.

Or maybe I should ask more questions …
Do you believe in miracles?
Give me the answer to all questions, I can tell you, your answer for the others.

Dr. Wayne Dyer has a wonderful book “You’ll see it when you believe” written “. It is a life changing reading. If you have not read it yet, you should have a copy.

I have seen many miracles in my life, and I see almost every day miracles.

Was not it a miracle if you improve your health, experience Chinese Qi Kung teacher plan to come into your life and a good friend and teacher?

Was not it a miracle if you improve your spiritual life, plan, you suddenly find a book from a spiritual master in the early 20th Century.

Was not it a miracle if you want to improve your financial life, come to live in retirement multimillionaire at the other end of the world to contact you and is willing to teach you his secrets for success?

Was not it a miracle if you want to a joint venture, someone came out of nowhere, to communicate with you and turn to one of the best joint venture?

Was not it a miracle if one believes that a solution to a problem, and a brilliant idea suddenly hits you?

Miracles happen everywhere, it can happen to you.

And the good news is that you can consciously create miracles in your life and you do not do much work. Only a couple of new thinking and awareness. By these powerful new ideas to your conscience, you are literally your life.

I write a series of lessons that you use, can create new miracles in your life.

The new awareness of thumb you need to learn is …

Everything you want is already there:

Einstein had spent years trying to prove something, “Time does not exist, it exists only as an illusion in the minds of men.”

If time does not exist, then is the same yesterday, today and it is the same as tomorrow. Then there is a time now.
If time does not exist, then all that exists in strength to be here. Imagine that you travel from point A to point B, but it does not have to take the time, because time does not exist. You can now immediately from A to B travel Secondly, what is the distance between point A and point B. There is no distance, they are both there in the same place and at the same time. There is only one place in the world, it is here. Think deeply what it really means. Suppose that point A, where are you now, and point B is where you will be in your imaginary future, or that your goals, you can right now, where you want to travel to where you want to be. Yes, I mean, immediately.

All that exists can exist here, including the image you hold in your mind. If you do not believe it, ask yourself where they can be when she is not there? “The answer is nowhere. The things you imagine in your mind is not artificial, it is as real as your arms and legs.

Scientists explain the world as a world of possibilities, everything exists in this world as a probability. The picture, imagine yourself, in your head, there is a likelihood that already in the field of quantum waiting to take shape. The only thing that makes you feel separated from him, is the illusion of time. And as you know, it’s just an illusion. In fact, the picture that is me you made in your mind already.

The best way to get rid of the illusion of time and share your photos in physical form can be chosen easily. Choose to view the image in your reality, and accept it as fact. It is all. Do you remember how to easily change a radio station? If you are tired of listening to a station, you can easily switch to another. Life is so simple, you choose your own image, and to deliver the world.

Here’s something I want to after reading this lesson to do.

Choose something you really want to get an idea firmly in your mind and you say, it is already there and accept it as fact. In order to do this as often as possible and you will be addicted. See how fast you will create miracles in your life.

Next week I will share with you the secret mantra that you can use to instantly connect to the superior intelligence, and create a miracle that you want. It is this powerful.

Regardless of whether you are just venturing out into the business world or already have a successful company, budgeting your expenses will help to improve profits and the overall health of the business. The largest expenses that a landscaping business has are advertising and the cost of equipment. The prices associated with a print advertisement can be significant, which is why a growing number of business owners are turning toward an alternative way of spreading the word about their landscaping business. With a company that provides local services, such as landscaping, it is more important to reach a local audience as opposed to a national one.

The most common way to generate free publicity for a landscaping business is through a press release, which is distributed to local newspapers, magazines and trade publications. Whether the landscaping business has an actual storefront present, is home or web-based, this option may have a positive success rate. In order for a press release to be worthy of publication, it must feature some type of news. A terrific example would be a grand opening, the launch of a new website, a free landscaping project contest or similar newsworthy event. A photograph of the business owner would make a nice accompaniment to any press release and may even grab the editor’s attention. Press releases can be submitted via mail, e-mail or fax and should be directed to the editor’s attention.

Many businesses, including those that provide landscaping services, often choose to have a website. Although the internet does provide for national exposure, many local customers may surf the web for landscaping information. A website should be professionally designed, regularly updated and feature plenty of landscaping example photos to showcase your ability. With a website, the free promotional opportunities are unlimited. From press release submission websites to article marketing and search engines, there are plenty of ways to get the word out about your new web presence.

Just as there are a number of ways to generate paid advertising, there are even more ways to obtain free publicity for your landscaping business. Most local companies will find paid advertising works most effectively in the telephone book’s yellow pages, but may also find limited success with newspaper and/or radio advertising. The main problem with the latter is that newspapers are often discarded quickly and most people do not have a pen handy when listening to the radio in order to write down a contact number. When you reduce the advertising costs and increase profits, your company’s bank account will begin to glimmer just as much as the dew on a beautifully landscaped lawn.

What is risk assessment?

A risk assessment is simply a careful examination of your workplace, to identify what could cause harm to people, so that you can decide as to whether you have taken enough precautions or should do more to prevent harm from being caused.

Work accidents and work related ill health, can ruin lives, and seriously affect your business also, if output is lost, machinery is damaged, insurance costs increase, or you have to go to court.

You are legally required to assess the risks in your workplace.

The important thing you need to decide is whether a hazard is significant, and whether you have taken satisfactory precautions to minimize the risk.

If you are a small firm owner, and you are confident you understand what is involved, you can carry out a risk assessment yourself. You do not have to be a Health and Safety expert. If you are a larger firm, then you may want to assign a responsible employee, safety representative or safety officer to carry out the task. You can also obtain advice from outside companies, who have specialised in this type of work.

What is Hazard and Risk?

A hazard means anything that can cause harm. To give you a basic idea, think of chemicals, electricity, working at heights etc etc.

A risk is the chance, high or low, that somebody will be harmed by the hazard.

There are five steps in a risk assessment:

Step 1. Look for the hazards.

Step 2. Decide who might be harmed and how.

Step 3. Evaluate the risk and decide whether the existing precautions are adequate or whether more should be done.

Step 4. Record your findings.

Step 5. Review your assessment and revise it if required.

Do not overcomplicate matters. In the majority of firms in the commercial, service and light industrial sectors, the hazards are few, and those that do exist are fairly obvious. Checking them is mainly a matter of common sense, but also a required and necessary action.

You probably know already, whether you have machinery that could cause harm, or if there is an awkward entrance or stairway where someone could be hurt. If so, check that you have taken all reasonable precautions you can to avoid accidents and prevent injury.

Lets take a closer look at Steps 1 and 2.

Step 1. Look for the hazards.

If you are doing the assessment yourself, walk around your workplace and look at what could reasonably be expected to cause harm. Ignore the trivial (for now) and concentrate on significant hazards which could result in serious harm.

Ask your employees what they think. They are the ones who are working with the various components on a daily basis, and will therefore know where the problems are. They may have noticed things which are not immediately obvious. Manufacturers instructions or data sheets can also help you spot hazards and put risks in their proper perspective.

Step 2. Decide who might be harmed and how.

For each identified hazard you should then decide who might be harmed and how. And of course you will then be able to decide on a course or action that will prevent the hazard from causing risk.

Do not forget about young workers, trainees, expectant mothers etc who may be at particular risk.

Do not forget cleaners, visitors, contractors, maintenance workers etc who may not be in the workplace all the time.

Do not forget members of the public, or people you share the workplace with, if there is any chance they could be injured by your activity.

If you’re in a business relationship with anyone – a client, vendor, or customer – how important is that relationship to you? Do you value the relationship? Do you want to nurture it?

A business relationship, like any relationship, is a two-way street. The expectations of both parties needs be clear and easily understandable. Applying the Golden Rule is also a good idea: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That is a very powerful statement, and one I try to practice in my daily life, both in business and personal matters.

Good communication is key for any business relationship to grow and thrive. Even when conflicts surface (and they will), keeping the lines of communication open at all times is extremely important. Meet conflicts head-on, no matter how frightening they may seem at the time. The sooner the issues are out on the table and dealt with, the sooner you can get back on track and back to business-as-usual.

Another thing to keep in mind is letting people know you appreciate them. Thank you notes, cards and e-mails are always a good idea, and they never go out of style. People love to be appreciated. If you are receiving great business from someone, always be sure to let them know. You will feel better for it, and so will they.

Another great idea is to reach out and “touch” your clients and customers on a regular basis by sending them monthly newsletters. This is a wonderful way to keep in touch, both to let them know you are thinking about them, and to remind them about you as well.

Remember, you get out of a great relationship what you put into it. Value those you do business with. Nurture the relationships, so they are always growing and prospering. Keep this up and you will always have a garden full of healthy, happy business contacts.

A business builder envisions what they want their business to become. The vision eventually becomes a plan based on analysis of personal and competition strengths and weakness, the marketplace, and strategies of ways and means to materialize the vision.

Opportunity chasing is an invitation to under achieve because time is spent looking for and trying out the best deal on the hottest trend instead of building business with strategy focused on product line congruent with personal values, business growth, and the customer base that drives it. While all these characteristics may be present in any opportunity, analysis of how your time and money converts to Return On Investment (ROI) may not be clear.

With no other test but whether or not it can make some money as soon as possible, opportunists chase the elusive get rich quick easy promotions. Although sales and network matrix building are important business assets, what opportunists tend to overlook are basic long-term strategic plans.

Instead of chasing opportunities, business builders tend to analyze and develop them. Business building whether on or off the internet requires a variety of skills that must be developed for any specialized but profitable segment of a market or niche. Therefore, one main difference between business building and opportunity chasing is how leverage is used.

Opportunity seekers tend to choose offers that appear to be do-able from their personal effort as part of a team or network of affiliates which begs the question, who is leveraging whom? Conversely, the business builder tends to select only product and service opportunities that support a scalable business where personal time and ROI can be leveraged for profit.

Network or matrix marketing is geared to out-task work up and down the lines of the network. While this certainly generates a flow of money for products and services, any real or perceived long term benefit to participants may be significantly less than expected.

In theory, ROI compels many opportunity seekers to do the same thing as everyone else. In practice, they end up trying to do it longer, faster, and smarter than everyone else with a net result of diminishing returns or lower ROI and their expectations shattered by apparent under achievement.

On the other hand, business builders out-source instead of out-task to quite simply continue to add value to their time instead of having it fixed or decreased by matrix limits. The measurable difference between out-sourcing and out-tasking is whether your time produces an increase or decrease of your return on investment. The h4h.biz site was set up to teach business building by involving participants as co-authors in ebook projects.

In theory, ROI should produce a win-win outcome. Unfortunately in practice, it differs more often for opportunity chasers than business builders. Opportunity choosing and business building are both important activities, but one without the other is like a car without gas, a nice ride but doesn’t go very far.

Data entry outsourcing will help companies to concentrate on core competencies by assigning data entry tasks to reliable outsourcing provider. Data entry jobs can be outsourced in the following categories.

Online Data Entry outsourcing
Offline Data Entry outsourcing
Document Entry outsourcing
Image Entry outsourcing
Catalogue Entry outsourcing
Legal document outsourcing
Medical transcription
Insurance Data Entry outsourcing

Companies and institutions who usually need the services of data entry outsourcing are marketing, advertising & publishing, financial, hospitals, colleges & universities, lawyers, oil companies and any such large organizations. Nature of data entry outsourcing could be sometimes constant and sometimes need to be updated on daily basis. Some companies may require data entry updating occasionally.

In past, data entry was simply means data entering into computer. However, digital revolution has changed the definition of data entry. In the present business scenario, the scope and range of data entry processing has grown exponentially according to their importance and time sensitivity. Where most of the small and medium companies require data management services periodically, multinational companies need their data to be updated regularly.

While outsourcing data entry jobs, care should be taken to check credibility of your outsource provider. They should be able to offer various data outsourcing services like data entry, data processing, data extraction, data maintenance and so on. In addition, outsourcing providers should be having good track record of good quality service and having well-educated staff.

What would it be like if you could keep all your people happy, have a great working life and make more money? For most of us that sounds like an unobtainable dream. However, there are clear strategies you can adopt which can make this reality.

Creating Value

The key to all this is creating value. Creating value is something you do not only for your customers but also for yourself and your team. The first thing to look at is making sure that your product adds value to the lives or businesses of your customers. You also want to make sure that working in the organisation adds value to the lives of the people involved in it.

To the extent you add value in all directions, you also make money as a natural by product. Focusing on money never produces the best results. That does not mean that you cannot increase performance by focusing on money but to do so is ultimately usually at the cost of internal relations and/or the well being of your team and/or the loyalty of your customer base.
Making the Dream Reality

Stage 1:

Ask yourself and your team:

(1) What is the underlying purpose of our business? For example, if you are a software company providing simple accounts packages, besides the purpose of making money and for creating good quality accounting software, there will be underlying values that drive the business and motivate most of the team (if they are on board). This could be, for instance, empowering small businesses or empowering small businesses to take proper control of their finances or some such purpose. Focusing on the true, underlying nature of what drives a company can give renewed vigour to business owners and their teams. The process gets everyone in touch with their authentic selves and helps create a truly authentic business.

(2) What are the core values of our organisation? Look at the core values by which you operate the business or, at least, aspire to do so. For example, what is important to you? Openness? Good customer relations? Honesty? Integrity? Look at all those values that you count as fundamental to your existence. Having done that, honestly appraise yourselves as to where you currently stand on each aspect of your values. Highlighting your purpose and values allows you to stop and acknowledge yourself for those things that you are doing well and to take stock of those things that perhaps fall short of the mark. In turn, this allows everyone in your team to “own” the issues and to take responsibility for gradually bringing everything into line with your purpose and values.

Stage 2:

Be consistent in everything. Look at all your relationships to see whether they are appropriately documented and documented in a way that reflects your purpose and values:

terms and conditions (i.e. your relationship with your customers), including website terms);

employment contracts;
joint ventures and partnering arrangements;
supplier terms;
dealings with other stakeholders including the general public (where relevant).
Once you have highlighted your purpose and values, undertaking an honest appraisal of where you currently stand and audited your relationships with various stakeholders in your business, the time may have come to take a step back and reappraise your legal documentation.

We can work with you to help you define your purpose and values and/or in making sure that all of your relationships match them: we offer hands-on, cost-effective consultancy services to get you on track and turbo-charged. We can also assist you in auditing your core relationship documents to bring them up to date legally and in line with your purpose and values.

When it comes to choosing anything for your company, including a paint booth, you realize the importance of having and using quality products. Of course, you would like to pay as little as possible for those elements as well. But, getting the combination of services is much more difficult than you would like. The good news is that you can choose any paint booth that you like based on price once you take a look at these suggestions.

Here are some suggestions to help you find the best paint booth for your company’s needs:

• The most important feature of any paint booth is its durability. It must be able to withstand whatever you throw at it and then some more.

• You also want a paint booth that offers superior strength to help you throughout all of your specifically large needs.

• But, what about what it is made from? You need high quality electrical components that again meet your needs and exceed them.

• You probably would like for someone to be in your area to come out and help you for your mechanical and operational needs. If it does break down, is there an area representative to come out and help you? This may be something you are looking for.

• It needs to be efficient of course, You’ll want to make sure it is able to do the job in the right amount of time and that it does so with excellent quality.

• Many look for a quiet exhaust fans when it comes to paint booth choices.

• Lastly, but definitely not in the least, you need a quality, precision engineered paint booth. You need the product to be the best, well built machine out there to serve your needs completely.

The paint booth that you choose from here can be any price range, as long as it meets your high level of needs for high quality.

It is one thing to make a sales presentation, but it is another thing to make a sales presentation without first evaluating your customer. For all you know, you could be selling your customer something that they already have, or something they don’t want, don’t need, or can’t afford.

This is why it is so very important to take your customer in, sit them down, make them feel comfortable, and get to know them and what their needs are. Once you have done this, you can then sell them a product based on what their needs are and not what you think they are.

On a personal note . . .

I learned the importance of evaluating your customer the hard way. A few years ago, I was a branch manager working in a bank branch. One particular customer of the bank approached me in my office about opening a savings account for her daughter.

Once I explained to her the process of opening a savings account, I proceeded to tell her all about a current promotion we were having on our home equity loans. She sat there and listened very politely and patiently as I very proudly went down the list of all the benefits, features, and tax breaks that come with a home equity loan.

Once I had finished my rehearsed presentation, she said to me;

That all sounds very nice, and it is something that I will consider in the near to distant future. She than went on to tell me that she and her husband rented the house they lived in.

So there you have it, I tried to sell a home equity loan to someone without a house.

Needless to say, my face turned a deeper shade of scarlet, and I felt like an idiot.

But hey, I learned from my mistake. Had I asked some simple probing questions before I went straight for the sale, I would have saved myself a lot of embarrassment.

You will be amazed at what you can find out from people just by asking them a few simple questions about themselves. Remember, people love to talk about themselves. Their jobs, their pets, their kids, just about everything.

I once had a friend who owned a shoe store, and his inventory was made up mostly of sneakers. One day a man walked into his store to buy a pair of sneakers. As my friend assisted him with his decision, he struck up a friendly conversation with him. As it turned out, this customer ran a basketball camp during the summer and he loved to talk about it. A few minutes into the conversation, my friend and his customer had come to an agreement. All of the boys and girls that attended the customers basketball camp would receive a 10% discount on their sneakers if they purchased them at my friend’s store.

So, as you can see, my friend increased his sales that summer simply by striking up a conversation with his random customer and asking a few questions.

Imagine going to your doctors office with an ailment and having him prescribe you a medication without asking what your symptoms were. Would you take the medication?

The same principal applies.

It really isn’t rocket science, it’s just friendly conversation, get to know your customer and watch one sale turn into many.

Why service only one of your customers needs when you can service them all.
